Enough Chinese? Hahhaha. Well I just spent 1-2 hour(s) practicing for my Chinese pronunciation test. Meap. Now to the flowers.
Some I can name but others I cannot.
- Common name: Bermuda buttercap, Sour grass, English weed, etc.
- Scientific name: Oxalis pes-caprae
- Commonly found in California, America, Israel, Europe and Australia (native to South Africa area) Also it can be found in salt-marshes
- Perennial Flower, color is yellow and has shamrock leaves
- Takes a few weeks to germinate
- Prefer in shady, moist areas
- Apparently it's a weed, an invasive species, but a pretty one. :D But it's difficult to remove once it's settled.
- Beneficial to bees and wildlife that wants to eat it seed ( and also livestock food), and it's edible but not recommend. It's a source of oxalic acid but also a diuretic. Eating too much of them may cause calciun oxalate kidney stones. Usually that happens to animals when they eat it in excess.

- Perennial flower, colors range for the sepals is red to orange to yellow and for the petals is blue to purple; the "beak" is called the is spathe
- Takes 3-5 years to flower after germination. Yes that's a long time.
- Prefer to be in warm, sunny area with fertilized loamy ( silt, sand, and clay) soil
- Drought resistant, ) it's a monocot (for a more scientific name monocotyledonous
- Beneficial to birds who sometimes perch on the "beak"
