So we took pictures near the office after looking at Rich Clarkson's Gallery to see proportion. I find it interesting to see how the images shows the subject, fitting well with its background. And most of his pictures have boxes or clouds, so I then used that idea when I was taking pictures. Enjoy!

Principles of Design -Proportion (Boxes!)
Hey guys!
So we took pictures near the office after looking at Rich Clarkson's Gallery to see proportion. I find it interesting to see how the images shows the subject, fitting well with its background. And most of his pictures have boxes or clouds, so I then used that idea when I was taking pictures. Enjoy!

The four pentagons that piece together to make the square bench shows the principle of design, proportion, very accurately. The shapes within shapes of the bench speak out to viewers loudly, especially with the added symmetrical plastic nubs used to secure the plastic.
